We’re based in Kirkstall and only cover Leeds and nearby villages — so the same engineer usually looks after your boiler year after year.

What “Gas Safe registered” actually means for you
The Gas Safe Register is the official list of businesses legally permitted to work on gas appliances in the UK — it replaced CORGI in 2009. Working on gas without registration is a criminal offence, and unregistered work is a leading cause of carbon-monoxide incidents.
Our registration number is 319864 (demo number — illustrative only). Every Warmside engineer carries a Gas Safe ID card showing their photo, licence number and the categories of work they’re qualified for — combustion, boilers, cookers, fires. Please ask to see it at the door; nobody here will ever be offended.

A rushed gas job is a dangerous gas job. We book realistic slots and never cut a flue-gas reading short to get to the next house.

Fixed, itemised quotes before work starts. If we uncover something unexpected, we stop and talk to you before a penny changes.
